Jan wants to know - "How much sleep is enough to keep you rejuvenated for the next day?"

For me, I would need at least 8 hours of sleep to be "sane" the following day. Oddly, if I go beyond the 8 hours (like when I take a nap or something), it's almost automatic that I get a migraine afterwards. It is as if my body is telling me that I shouldn't be napping and that I should be making use of my time better. :-) So, I rarely take naps since I would rather stay awake than suffer a migraine. Plus, coffee for me should always be taken as soon as I wake up, otherwise, migraine din!
