Gingersnaps

I went out during my lunch break for a quick trip to Glorietta since I heard that some shops in the Ayala Malls were having a sale. Being a sucker for discounted items, I simply had to go there.

After just 5 minutes of roaming around with no particular destination, I chanced upon the Gingersnaps boutique in the Teen Zone at the 3rd floor of Glorietta. This is where most of the shops which got "bombed" transfered.

I got Zoe an off-white t-shirt with silver embellishments. Of course, it was on sale! From 480, it was marked down to just 350 bucks. I love it!


Hey, the saleslady there told me that there will be another Gingersnaps Warehouse Sale in Pasig this month of May. I remember last December when I went to their sale, I went home with so many "goodies" which cost only 150-200 each. Super good buy!

And so I left my telephone number with them so they can inform me when I have to RUSH OVER THERE. Haha! I just love shopping for Zoe. :-)

hi vina, post mo when gingersnaps will have their warehouse sale. i want to go rin, medyo nabitin ako sa sale nila sa malls. altho i was still able to buy. hahaha!

hi Pat! yes i'll publish it here when i get to know the dates. i actually stopped myself from buying some more coz i know the prices in the warehouse sale are slashed down talaga. i saw pa naman some really nice discounted items in their eastwood city branch last weekend.

Zoe's 2nd Birthday Party!

Caution: Loaded with pictures!!! Everything was set for Zoe's 2nd birthday party. We initially invited only a few close family and friends but then our guest list ballooned up to more than 60 people on the day before. No regrets because it turned out to be so much fun! First, the FOOD! We asked the help of my SIL to cook kare-kare and kalderata while our Ate Nilda prepared molo soup, spaghetti, hotdog on stick and fruit medley. My Ninang pitched in and made some leche flan while I made peach & mango ref cake and some canapes (with egg salad) which was a HIT (thanks Anne for the tip!). Our birthday cake was from Red Ribbon (best buy!) while the rest of the food (pancit bam-i, fresh lumpia, chicken lollipops, herb-crusted fish fillet) were ordered from ever dependable Conti's. Simple Celebration - 8th Anniversary

 My pregnancy condition did not allow us to celebrate/dine out on our wedding anniversary this year. But Hunny tried to make that day special for us still by making it a pizza and cake night, not just for the the two of us but for the whole family. :-) Love you dad!
