On A Wonderful Day Like Today

Dear Reader, I know. It's been ages since I put in a post in here. Life has been so freakin' busy for the past how many months. But hopefully, with a recent positive development in my career, I'll be able to continue this little "passion" of mine of airing out the little ideas in my head. So, I'll see you all back soon? My love affair with blogging started around the time that I got pregnant back in 2006. I had an idea that I want to be able to write down my thoughts about my pregnancy. I wanted to record my feelings and memories and I was happy to discover that I could do this online for my family and future children to see. Thus, I started to write online or "blog" as the more precise term would be. So that was already more than 2 years ago. I never stopped liking and loving to blog. In fact, I just got my own domain called vinanini.com yesterday (vinanini is sort of an endearment or a nickname some close friends gave me). This shall now be my main blog where I can write about anything under the sun (the title is temporarily Jump at the Sun). That blog is apart from my two other existing sites, namely: On A Wonderful Day Like Today (this one) and House Everything (my home management blog). Hi friends! Thank you all for all those who dropped by this blog for the past week. I really appreciate all your tags, awards, comments and messages in the chatbox. I'm actually pretty surprised that I was able to control myself from blogging for more than a week. That's a feat! Anyway, as I had blogged previously, there were a lot of things going on. I had a sort of a health scare last last week due to a weird encounter with someone. But that's more or less over now. I got my test results na and I'm more or else okay. I really don't want to blog about it here because I don't want to make any unnecessary and uncharitable comments here. I'm just glad that God is good to me most especially for giving me and my whole family good health. Okay, enough of that. I also, by the way, was out of the office the whole week to attend an annual seminar for my personal formation. Well, well, well! I just realized today that this day is my blog's first anniversary (lookie here!). Afer 486 posts, On A Wonderful Day Like Today is ONE today! Yipee! Hey, sorry if I've neglected my other blog " House Everything ". I tried to write some updates here .

After a 4-day haitus from the blogging world, I'm back from our vacation in Iloilo. Sans the fact that Zoe got sick the minute she parted with her yaya (who left to go home to her folks for 2 nights), all went okay. I'll be posting my pictures and stories in a while plus will try to do my pending tags. Meantime, thanks to all blogger-friends who dropped by my site while I was gone. I just realized today that my site has already been more than a month old! My golly. Time flies so fast! I don't think I've spent as much time online as I did before. But I'm happy. For the past 30 days or so (I started this blog on November 7, 2007), I've learned so much and I have gained so many new online friends. On this anniversary-of-sorts, I want to thank all of you in my blogroll for giving me a nice welcome in this blogging world.
