Currently Looking for Bedroom Furniture

Since I gave birth to Zoe, we have already been planning and saving up for a house renovation and expansion which will pave the way for a new bedroom for her and her future siblings. I just realized now we have to start with the renovation soon since in no time, Zoe will no longer fit in her crib and would be needing a more age-appropriate bed.

I was browsing through the internet and found a website with a wide range of good bedroom furniture set selections. The bedroom sets available are nice! I simply adore this nice white-washed classic sleigh bed set which would be perfect for Zoe.

I also plan to replace our old queen bed soon. Our existing bed is just a hand-me-down since my dad bought a new king bed for himself around the time when my husband and I got married. I still have to ask my husband but I'm already eyeing on getting one of those canopy beds which is perfect for our room.

I guess I don't have go anywhere else. It's now so easy to buy bedroom furniture online plus the designs available are very classy, attractive and suit my taste.

Zoe's 2nd Birthday Party!

Caution: Loaded with pictures!!! Everything was set for Zoe's 2nd birthday party. We initially invited only a few close family and friends but then our guest list ballooned up to more than 60 people on the day before. No regrets because it turned out to be so much fun! First, the FOOD! We asked the help of my SIL to cook kare-kare and kalderata while our Ate Nilda prepared molo soup, spaghetti, hotdog on stick and fruit medley. My Ninang pitched in and made some leche flan while I made peach & mango ref cake and some canapes (with egg salad) which was a HIT (thanks Anne for the tip!). Our birthday cake was from Red Ribbon (best buy!) while the rest of the food (pancit bam-i, fresh lumpia, chicken lollipops, herb-crusted fish fillet) were ordered from ever dependable Conti's. Health is Wealth

Health is definitely wealth. It may sound like an old saying but it's true. We've already lost some relatives and friends to cancer and how I wish I could have helped them avoid getting sick or at least to helped them to feel better and get well during those grueling days and months of sickness. One of the bad encounters we've had with cancer was the case of my dear grandmother. I still remember the time my grandmother arrived from the province. I had just seen her a few weeks before that and she was somewhat feeling weak already because of something we didn't know about yet. I guess she couldn't take the pain anymore her so she decided to come to us to get further medical treatment from the doctors here in the city.
