2007 Summary of Events

Before I forget, allow me to post my personal recap of the year 2007. It was been an exciting year so it's just right that it be worthy for given at least one entry here.

January

Get-together dinner with Pat, Fred and other friends.
Yaya no. 1 left to take care of mother in Aklan
Got Cat, our present yaya on January 28 straight from Iloilo

February

MBA friend Arleen got married to her online bf from Virginia (hi Arleen!)
Went to Bulacan to visit relatives

March

Overtime galore because of performance bonus project
Bought Crocs for me and Hubby (join the club!)
Hubby started his LMDP class at Ateneo Graduate School
My mom’s 2nd death anniversary

April

Holy Week 2007 in UA&P
Enrolled Zoe in Blow Up Babies
My sister arrived from Iloilo for seminar

May

Birthday month of Vel, Tatay and Me
Tia Kikay passed away
Birthday treat at Brazil! In Serendra
Family summer outing with Pat and friends at Tagaytay and West Grove

June

Birthday month of Hubby and Francis
My Dad went to Rome, Italy and Germany
Hunny’s birthday treat at Conti’s Serendra
Hubby and I toured Singapore

July

Yaya Cat’s birthday
Enrolled at Gold’s Gym (buy one, take one promo)

August

Booked Cravings for Zoe’s 1st birthday party
Learned Photoshop and made Zoe’s invitations and tarp

September

Zoe’s 1st birthday party at Cravings Katipunan
My sister went to Japan for a Leadership Conference

October

2nd wedding anniversary at Mandarin Hotel
Hunny had car accident in General Santos City and was spared from major injuries
Attended annual retreat
Won 2 VIP tickets to the Josh Groban concert

November

Christmas Bonus, yehey!
Zoe’s 1st Trick or Treat
Start of Christmas shopping and sales
Started blogging at blogspot

December

Office Christmas Party at Kensington
First communion of Romel, our helper’s son
Christmas Day at home with family

Get Lucky

One of the rich Chinese bosses in the office and I were talking the other day about traveling to the different countries in the world. She was a frequent traveler and she told me that she tries her best to go and check out the casinos in each one of those countries she has been to. Even locally, she really enjoys going to the casinos with her family and other friends regularly. Although I'm not so familiar with the type of games in the casino, I told her that if she really likes playing in the casinos and she has the money to spare, then she can even try her luck with the best online casinos . I added that now, one does not even have to go out of the house to play in the casino. She didn't believe me at first until I showed her the site on the internet where she saw that anyone can play the different games in the casinos. Indeed, you need not go to Las Vegas or anywhere else to play for the excitement and fun or, in the case of many folks, for real money.
